Great Day

A really encouraging start by the squad on their first run-out of the season with 3 out of 4 wins to their credit. Fantastic teamwork and above all great commitment was displayed, especially considering the brutally cutting wind and the muddy conditions that prevailed. Their worthy adversaries were convincingly beaten by some deft forward work and some impressive linking along the back line, the only defeat in the four games coming when the Katy A team overcame our second VII which comprised mainly of U11s. They were all a credit to the Club in the way they conducted themselves before, during and after their matches, truly in the Spirit of the Game.
