Texas A & M Tournament and Other Info

All Players/Parents:

The Gareth Jones Memorial Rugby Tournament at Texas A & M is coming up on April 10th. All teams have been registered and paid for. You have heard from (or will very soon) your lead parents requesting a confirmation on attendance for this tournament. Please respond to them by email ASAP so we will have an accurate head count for lunch (included in your dues).

Waivers: We MUST have a waiver for EVERY player attending the tournament…absolutely no exceptions. You have received the waiver from your lead parent…if you have turned your waiver in, thank you. If not, do so immediately or you will not be placed on the roster to play.

There will be many volunteer opportunities on this day. Please step up and offer to help. Get with your lead parent ahead of time and offer assistance.

We do not have brackets/match times at this time. We should receive that information very soon, and we will pass along. For the U19/U17 players associated with the Texas/Stormers camp on Sunday, the coaches will let you know how they want to handle the weekend. For those staying or returning on Sunday for the camp, the club will NOT be securing hotel rooms in College Station. If you plan to stay in town, please make your own arrangements.

And finally, anyone who has rugby pictures from this season, please send them to us ASAP so we can get them posted on website. Send the pictures to woodlands.rugby@woodlandsrugby.org.
